EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM TO PURCHASE

LAND RELEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Richard Noble & Company does not take any responsibility should emails fall into your junk or spam folder, bounce back or you do not receive notice for any reason.
  2. Strictly no lot "holds". Text or email messages to hold or purchase a lot will not be considered.
  3. Lots can only be purchased via the Expression of Interest Form to Purchase at the time of the release on Wednesday 4 March 2026 at 9:00am (AWST). Expression of Interest Forms to Purchase are time stamped on submission and will be processed in the order they are received. The Seller may decline any Expression of Interest to Purchase that is considered unsuitable, without obligation to provide reasons.
  4. You will be notified via email and SMS latest within five (5) business hours of your submission if your 1st, 2nd or 3rd lot preference is available.
  5. To secure your lot preference, a deposit of $3,000 must be transferred to the Richard Noble Trust Account by 10:00am (AWST) Thursday 5 March 2026. Should you not transfer your deposit by 10:00am (AWST) Thursday 5 March 2026, your lot preference will be forfeited.
  6. A letter of loan eligibility from your lender or Broker is required and must be submitted together with your deposit payment receipt to sales@rnoble.com.au by 10:00am (AWST) Thursday 5 March 2026. Proof of funds are required for cash offers and must be forwarded to sales@rnoble.com.au by 10:00am (AWST) Thursday 5 March 2026.
  7. Following the payment of your deposit or providing proof of funds for cash offers, a DocuSign electronic land Contract will be emailed to you to review, sign and return within 24 hours from receiving the land Contract via DocuSign. Should you not sign the electronic DocuSign land Contract within 24 hours, your lot purchase will be forfeited.
  8. Subject to finance land Contracts and home and land package finance is acceptable. Contracts that are subject to the sale of your existing home will not be accepted.
  9. Names on the Expression of Interest Form to Purchase must be applied as buyers for the lot.
  10. Family members, friends and Builder Sales Representatives registering their interest on behalf of a buyer are permitted, but all details on the Expressions of Interest form must contain full details of the buyer that is purchasing the lot. To be eligible to purchase a lot you must have registered by 5:00pm (AWST) Monday, 23 February 2026 on our website constellar.au or are already registered on our mailing list.
  11. The Expression of Interest Form to Purchase is available until 5:00pm on Wednesday 4 March 2026 (AWST). After this time, any unsold lots will be made available for sale to the general public.
  12. If all lots in the Expression of Interest release are sold and your application is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notification.
